Conditions for return

  1. If the product is wrong or incomplete (different from what you ordered/ missing of any equipment’s or parts),
  2. If the Product is physically damaged or cracked,
  3. If the size of the product doesn’t fit. (in case of fashion products).


Policies for return 

The demand for the return should be done within 7 days of the purchase and in case of damaged products, the demand for the request should be done within 3 days of the purchase.  

The product should have original tags, purchased bills, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

The product should be returned in the undamaged original box or packaging.

The products should be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

The product which is under warranty period is not eligible for return or refund and those products will be forwarded to the service center for maintenance.


Refund policy

A refund will be granted after assuring the quality of the product. you can select the mode of refund according to your preference. The time for refund is based on the mode you preferred.
